Free Meditations - as most of you know, I grew up spending my summers living on an Ashram where meditation, yoga and Ayurvedic living were imprinted on me. As a kid I never understood the power of meditation but it’s no surprise I instinctually returned to this practice after my heart surgeries and corporate burnout. Finding the right meditation practice for you is a personal experience and can change as your daily needs shift with life. Honor the process and most importantly, keep it super simple. Whether it’s 3 minutes or thirty minutes know that every mindful moment counts whether you’d like to reduce your stress, increase your happiness, lose weight or reverse the clock on aging.
