Jicama
What is jicama?
Jicama is a root vegetable originating from Central America. Sometimes referred to as a “Mexican turnip” or “yam bean,” among other names, this little potato-looking vegetable is surprisingly delicious and packed full of nutrients. It is low in calories, sugars, and fats, rich in fiber and contains some essential vitamins and minerals to promote gut health and overall health.
What ingredients do you use in your products?
We use all-natural ingredients, most of which are organic and sustainably sourced. We believe that every part of Xicama should be beneficial and each flavor has a distinct blend for the perfect profile. See our product page here for a full list.
What is prebiotic fiber?
Prebiotic fiber occurs naturally in certain foods, and is an essential part of a healthy diet. Prebiotics feed the good bacteria in your gut, helping digestion and aiding to a happy belly. Adults need 25-38 grams of fiber per day, so we’ve made reaching that goal easy with 5 grams in every can.
What are the benefits of jicama?
Jicama is a powerhouse of health benefits. It’s chock-full of health-boosting vitamins, and minerals, not to mention heaps of water and prebiotic fiber. It’s benefits include but aren’t limited to supporting healthy digestion, hydrating, boosting immune function, supporting cholesterol and blood sugar levels, and is chock full of vitamins and minerals.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and accelerated checkout carriers such as Shop Pay, GPay, Venmo, and PayPal—no cash.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a notification via email once your order has shipped along with your tracking information. If for some reason, you don’t see a shipment confirmation email after several days, be sure to check your spam box first! If it’s still nowhere to be found, please fill out our Contact Form or email us at info@xicamalife.com and we can assist you.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If for some reason you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@xicamalife.com with your order number and we'll do our best to assist you.

What is your return policy?
We do not currently accept returns.
Shipping
When can I expect my tracking info?
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number 1-2 days after placing your order. If for some reason, you don’t see a shipment confirmation email after three (3) days, be sure to check your spam box first! If it’s still nowhere to be found, please fill out our Contact Form or email us at info@xicamalife.com and we can assist you.
How much do you charge for shipping?
For members of our subscription program, shipping is always free within the continental US. Additionally, we offer free shipping for all retail orders over $50, within the continental US. For orders under $50, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to all countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. IQ Foods International Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
What carrier do you use to ship and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. For pre-ordered items, shipping times may vary.
Express orders including 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Overnight orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed on Saturday to Sunday will be processed Monday.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@xicamalife.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Are the sparkling waters sugar-free?
No, our sparkling waters are all low-sugar with about 5g of sugar per can. We opt to use organic sugar as our sweeter because we believe this to be the most natural sweetener option available and Xicama is all about getting back to the basics.

Subscription Program
How do I sign up for a subscription?
To subscribe, all you have to do is select a product you’d like to purchase, choose “subscribe,” select your delivery frequency, and checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll automatically be enrolled. All of your subscriber benefits will remain active for as long as you have an active subscription.
What can I change within my subscription?
You’ve got all the power when it comes to changing your subscription. You can change the frequency of your shipments, skip your next delivery, and more. To manage these, simply login to your account here.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime! Simply log into your account and opt to cancel your subscription. If you need any additional support, email us at info@xicamalife.com.
How do I pause my subscription?
Log into your account and click the “edit” box next to your subscription. You’ll see an option to skip shipments.
Can I sign up for the newsletter and add that discount on top of my subscription discount?
We’re not accepting promotional discounts on subscriptions at this time.

Do I have to enroll or register for individual promotions?
Nope, we don’t require you to be registered for a specific promotion to join our rewards program. Once you register an account with us, you’re ready to go. Plus, we keep track of your points and purchases so you don’t need to worry about a thing.
